Shipping Policy for Tiekie Hardware

At Tiekie Hardware, we strive to ensure that your hardware products are delivered safely and promptly. Below is our shipping policy to provide clarity and transparency about our process:

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic Shipping: Anywhere within South Africa.
  • International Shipping: We are currently not supporting shipping outside of South Africa. 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT+2 or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the checkout process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reputable carriers to provide reliable delivery. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days from date of order for products in stock. For out of stock products a delivery time will be communicated during the process. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or other factors.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on:
    - The size and weight of your order.
    - The destination address.
  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.
  • If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@tiekie.co.za

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Certain items may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments:
    - If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number for a resolution.
  • Lost Shipments:
    - If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement if necessary.
